Wow! Fast start on this project - congratulations (both of you.) Cool idea, JT. I look forward to following the progress of your trades. Here's a question for you - what if an artist wants to trade a work of art in their possession, but not made by them? In other words, like a lot of artists, I have bartered for work over the years, so I own pieces by other artists. What if I wanted to trade one of those pieces?

Hi Anna,

I'd be willing to accept any piece of art. You would then fall into the collector area I mentioned in the original post. I would plug you for donating it and the artist. In fact, I received an offer from a collector this afternoon for the Craghead piece. I declined this particular offer but will evaluate all of the ones that come through. The next trade won't occur for a few days probably... unless a great deal comes through.

Long story short, you can trade any piece you'd like.

As an aside, later on I would love to get my hands on one of YOUR paintings!

I hope it goes to a kind and loving home...

I'm feeling a little empty nesty here.
